The boys and I had a good St. Patrick's Day. We made crafts and had a St. Patrick's Day snack of green toast (using milk and green food color that they painted) and green butter. The boys thought it was the best toast EVER!

We are loving Indialantic, FL. Not only do we get to see the beautiful ocean everyday, we also get to experience space shuttle launches. It's fascinating to watch and hear the shuttle as it heads out into space, watch the boosters fall off, and then see the shuttle look like a star in the sky. Logan is our "little astronant" and gets so excited before, during and after a launch. He thinks it's the coolest thing!

February and March are perfect weather days in Florida for going to the beach. We have spent every weekend at the beach these two months. The boys favorite thing to do at the beach is playing soccer with daddy while mommy gets some "sun time". It's so cute to see the interaction of Derick and the boys. He is such an amazing dad! The beach is a great stress reliever!

Epcot

This year, we decided to get season passes to Disney World, which includes all four parks, since we only live a little over an hour away from Orlando. These pictures were of a recent trip to Epcot. The boys loved "Turtle talk with Crush" and the "The Seas with Nemo and Friends." It was a fun day!

I was surprised when Logan told me that he want to see Snow White. He loved talking with her and interacting. It was great!


Logan was a little scared of Captain Hook at first and then realized he wasn't going to hurt him and then had fun.

It's hard to believe that Logan is now 5 years old. We celebrated his birthday all weekend long. He wanted a Star Wars birthday. On Saturday, we made his Star Wars birthday cake. On Sunday, we had a Star Wars party and opened presents. The boys also got to have fun with a Star Wars pinata. Then, on Monday, we went to the Magic Kingdom. It rained all day long, but all four of us had a wonderful time. We got to ride a lot of rides, watch two parades, and see the fireworks. There is something truly magical about being at Disney world on your birthday.
